Statute of limitations

Chicago-Kenosha Company appeals from summary judgment in favor of West Bend Mutual Insurance Company. The circuit court dismissed Chicago-Kenosha's complaint because it was not filed prior to the expiration of the statute of limitations. We agree with the circuit court that the complaint was not timely filed, and we affirm the judgment. This opinion will not be published.
